We have been working diligently in nailing down an espresso blend that highlights several components we like to see manifested in an espresso. The blend we put together is complex yet well rounded, sweet, nutty, spicy, floral and with lots of fruit.
The blend consists of coffees from Brazil, Guatemala and Costa Rica. The beans are roasted to a medium degree.
Although the blend is designed for use as espresso, its components can be appreciated with other coffee preparation methods, particularly with a French Press.
